RETURN PROCEDURES ARE FOR UNOPENED, UNUSED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY

All exchanges and returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without prior approval and a RMA number will be refused or disregarded.

Defective Items

We will gladly offer an exchange of the same title for all defective merchandise. If you find that your product, or a portion of your product is damaged or missing, or otherwise defective, please email us so that we can arrange a quick replacement of either the defective or missing portion (ie: if one tape or CD of a set is missing or defective) or the replacement of the whole product. When you email us to arrange your return, you will receive a RMA number and a specific return address and instructions.

Unopened items may also be returned for an exchange for a different product or a refund of the purchase price - excluding shipping. Shipping may also be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Because a majority of our products are audio/CD/video products, we cannot accept returns of opened items, merchandise that was not purchased through this store, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
